Refund policy

Not what you wanted? No problem! We accept returns within 30 days if you change your mind.

As long as everything is in the original condition we can provide a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and it will not be refunded. 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Log in to your customer portal here. You will find all your orders here and can follow the prompts to request a return.

Don't worry if you haven't setup a password previously. You just need to enter the email address used at checkout and we'll send you a code to access the portal.

DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty item please get in touch immediately. Send us a photo and describe the fault so the issue can be rectified as soon as possible with either a replacement or refund.
